Multi factor login coming tonight, Wednesday evening:

We will be releasing the multi factor login website tonight, Wednesday September 17th – The ORBIT website will be unavailable from 9pm to 11pm Central Time.

Your username will be the email address associated with your ORBIT account – OR – if you are a StarsLink user then use the same username associated with your StarsLink account.

You will receive an email by Thursday morning with a link to activate your new OKTA Account aka Orbit Account (Okta is the service we will be using for multi factor). Once you click that link you will be asked to set a new password. (Make sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t receive an email). Once you set your new password you will be sent to a website where you will see a button that says “ORBIT”. Click on that and you will be taken to the ORBIT website.

If you have any issues our questions don’t hesitate to reach out to us at: orbitinfo@oldrepublictitle.com.

NOTE: Please update your bookmarks to use: www.orbitinfo.com

NOTE: Some passwords were affected this past weekend preparing for the multi factor login. If you are having trouble logging in check your autofill and website to make sure you are using www.orbitinfo.com. You might have to reset your password – we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we make this switch.

Sincerely, The ORBIT Team
